About the Role

Immedis is seeking a Project Manager to join our Onboarding team. This creative and detail-oriented individual will focus on the successful onboarding of new Customers onto the immedis Platform. He or she will own the implementation of the scope of work, following the immedis Onboarding Methodology to set the Customer up on our innovative platform to deliver their payrolls in their global location. A successful Onboarding sees the customer through step-by-step from initial setup through first live run, working closely with our technical and operational colleagues to deliver a best in class service using our innovative technology and tools. We are constantly striving to improve our service, our processes and our model, as a Project Manager you will be at the forefront of this drive for excellence.


Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Creation and execution of project plans following Immedis methodology
  • Responsible for overall delivery of projects following agreed upon timelines with customers and internal stakeholders as well as completion and sign off exit criteria
  • Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks and deliverables (inputs, outputs)
  • Management of RAID Log, Dependencies and project documentation
  • Coordinating internal/external resources to ensure project milestones/timelines are met
  • Responsible for successful completion and delivery of all project deliverables and milestones
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate channels (Change Board)
  • Assisting with the setup of payroll on the platform and associated processes (Discovery, Implementation, Payroll Parallel runs, Go Live, Operational handover)
  • Support all Onboarding technical deliverables and activities to onboard a customer and setup for operational success
  • Ensuring first class customer experience during the Onboarding process



Requirements

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a commercial environment
  • Project Management Certification
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in business or technology field
  • Previous experience in project management or programme management role
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall
  • Proven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projects
  • Good understanding of system integration principle
  • Strong exposure to software and service delivery
  • Proven track required in best in class customer service communications and delivery
  • Desire to develop a deep working knowledge of the global mobility / international payroll market


Desired Skills / Core Competencies

  • First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities, at senior executive level
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and time and workload management skills
  • Must be motivated, professional, work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic
  • Experience creating and managing project plans, RAID Logs, CRs and adherence to governance standards
  • Experience of managing complex requirements and their implementation
  • Experience of working with Sales, Delivery and Operational Teams
  • Problem solver with can do attitude
  • Experience in process development and improvement
  • Experience in payroll is an advantage but not required
