Coordinator of the Key Account Managers’ Team - night shift

Taxback International has been rapidly growing over the past years and expanded considerably its client portfolio. Right now we are looking for a strongly determined individual to coordinate the night shift of the Key Account Managers' team in Shumen.
Working hours: night shift from 00:00 until 07:00, Monday - Friday
Taxback International provides full and paid extensive training for the role.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager and Team Leaders, the Coordinator of the Key Account Managers' Team will be responsible for motivating and coordinating the team members.
Working as a Coordinator of the Key Account Managers' team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily allocation of work, mentoring and training junior and new staff, monitoring and reporting on standards and performance targets. The Coordinator will be working with our business clients and providing excellent service for the VAT recovery services
To Effectively communicate expectations of Team Leader to Team members
Monitoring and reporting on standards and performance targets of KAM team
Coordinating the daily allocation of work in the KAM team and offering assistance, when needed
To ensure that the Night Shift is efficiently and effectively working towards the common goal of the VAT KAM Team
Guaranteeing that all tasks are assigned and have set deadlines
Dealing with any complex situations or issues that arise in relation to the client account
To assist in the training and coaching of VAT KAM Team agents as part of their induction or when requested by the Team Leader;
Communicating with sales persons, VAT auditors, etc. to confirm the details of the progress of VAT Recovery process
Makes sure that the communication from the team to the clients is accurate, consistent and relevant
Keeps the high quality of customer service for his/hers own clients
Requirements for the role:
Excellent command of English language
Have experience in B2B customer support or sales
Have the ability to work within a team and to manage team members;
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel in particular
Friendly and professional manner
Understanding of the VAT recovery process would be considered an advantage
Fluency in other languages is favourable
