Job Description

To work closely with Senior Sales Director as part of a sector team. We are looking for an experienced outgoing, strategic client relationship manager to liaise/provide a professional account management service to new & existing global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for on boarding /implementation of new clients to ensure consistent smooth delivery of scope of work. You will report to the head of client relationship and work supporting the BDMs and client administrators in a busy office environment.

You will be engaging with key major international clients and supporting and organising much of the commercial and business activity around these accounts. You will be part of the client services team and you will be tasked with delivering high standards on projects. To be successful in this role you will need to display confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your role while taking responsibility for key projects and working with your clients to build long term relationships.


As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure that both ours and the client's expectation are met.
• Forge and build relationships with key stakeholders in client's business
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure your client's are keep up to date with results and development around our services
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Skills / Requirements

• Must be enthusiastic, energetic and have excellent communication skills with a clear friendly phone voice
• Confident with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet and exceed KPIs, goals and targets
• Must have a neat, professional appearance
• Must be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with prospective clients and internal staff
• Excellent work ethic
• Reliable and high level of personal integrity
• Computer literate
• Flexible working hours to cover calls meetings with US and EMEA based clients as required
• International travel as required
