We are currently looking for an outgoing, upbeat Global Commercial Director in Kilkenny. You will be reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer and you will be responsible for establishing and driving global sales/business development teams.

As Global Commercial Director you will be responsible for:

* Develop and implement short and long-term plans for strategic sales growth at a Global level. 
* Establish annual sales objectives in accordance with the company's business plan. Provide monthly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan. 
* Build the team and execute against the company strategic global plan. 
* Manage senior level relationships with key partners. 
* Manage and lead, set goals & objectives and conduct performance reviews with the sales team and define operating frameworks to scale the business. 
* Aggressively build pipeline for new business opportunities, identify, develop, and grow revenues ensuring the team meets and exceeds their sales quotas.
* Define target markets, identifying key players and providing input and strategy to drive opportunity. 
* Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy. 
* Partner closely with marketing and lead gen teams in both lead generation and growth. 
* Stay up to date on industry trends and competition.
So that's the role, but what we need to see from you is...

* 7+ years' experience in a senior international sales / business development management role. 
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. 
Should be familiar with solution selling at a global level.
Proven record and strong capability in engaging sales team to generate leads, pursue opportunities and sell. 
Proven ability to grow revenue and manage expansion.
