Customer Service Agent
Our RequirementsPay To Study is currently recruiting a Customer service agent in our office in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of the service ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administration.
The main responsibilities will include ensuring that all potential and current clients are dealt with in a professional manner and that all client needs are satisfied to the best of our business ability.
The position is a mixture of speaking with customers, database entry, and issue resolution.
Key skills required:
- Excellent command of English is a must - both written and spoken
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
- Great attention to details
